To ensure country-specific safety standards are met, Harley-Davidson has temporarily suspended the warranty on all bikes imported into countries they were not built for. The warranty will be re-instated when the vehicle is brought into compliance with that country's safety standards. In Canada, compliance includes a Canadian speedometer in kms/hr & on some models rear lighting modifications. An inspection and all necessary modifications must be performed and documented by an authorized Canadian Harley-Davidson Retailer.
